Bill Feuda, a resident at 316 Seashell Lane, expressed concerns that a Sycamore tree on his property was causing damage to his lawn, curb and driveway. Mr. Feuda was asking the association to remove the tree at association expense.
Tom Braca, a resident at 2 Horizon Lane, expressed concerns that damages to the curb and embankment along Harbor Beach Cove have not been repaired by the City of Brigantine in a timely manner.
Kim Stott, a resident at 6 Horizon Lane, spoke about shrub trimming and landscaping concerns.
Call to order-
-The meeting was called to order by President, Jim Hoffecker and seconded by Don Melchiorre and Mike Wasiluk.
– Jim Hoffecker, Robert Rogers, Mike Wasiluk, Don Melchiorre, Fred Hess, Doris Thompson, and Dennis Thompson were in attendance.
-Motion to receive new officers to the board.

-Don Melchiorre, Treasurer
-Fred Hess, At Large Unanimous approval of officers.
Financial report- Checking account- $13,626.38
Reserve- 129,084.04

Old Business-
-Update on violations: Report submitted showing properties now completed and properties still in violation.
-Update on arrears: Report submitted citing property address and owners still in arrears.
New Business-
-The Board authorizes one additional cut by Angerman Landscaping.
-Thompson (property managers) will contact an Arborist to conduct a possible “study” of trees at 316 Seashell, 300 Arbergast and 364 Gull.
-The Board will be accepting bids for the 2016 Landscaping and Sprinkler system contracts.
