Call to Order-
-The meeting was called to order by President, Jim Hoffecker and seconded by Don Melchiorre.
– Jim Hoffecker, Robert Rogers, Mike Wasiluk, Don Melchiorre, Fred Hess, Doris Thompson, and Dennis Thompson were in attendance.
Bill Feuda, a resident at 316 Seashell Lane, again expressed concerns that his Sycamore tree was causing damage to his lawn, curb and driveway, and therefore wanted the association to remove the tree at association expense. The Board respectfully declined and maintains that trees are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Financial report- Checking account- $7,072.46
Reserve- 126,428.97
Total $133,501.43
Old Business-
-Update on violations: Report submitted showing properties now completed and properties still in violation.
-Update on arrears: Report submitted citing property address and owners still in arrears.
-Guest Speaker- City Engineer, Ed Stinson met with the Board to update the progress being made with road repairs along Harbor Beach Cove.
New Business-
-The Board awarded a three (3) year contract to Angerman Landscaping for lawn maintenance and sprinkler system maintenance. Motion by Fred Hess and Seconded by Robert Rogers, unanimous approval.
